The Role of Appointment Setter / Junior Salesperson

This is not a classic call center job. You will work closely with the company's service technicians and senior salespeople, meet customers digitally or via phone, and help create the right conditions for strong and lasting business relationships.

You will:

• Prospect and book qualified meetings with companies
• Have the first dialogue with customers and identify needs
• Work closely with the salespeople who close the deals
• Learn more and more to eventually drive and own your customers
• Build a personal pipeline and long-term relationships

Here you will receive training, coaching, and practical learning – all to help you quickly take the next step in your sales career.

We believe that you:

• Have sales experience (phone, retail, or B2B – all are relevant)
• Are goal-oriented, driven, and communicative
• Enjoy building relationships
• Are motivated by influencing your own income
• Want to develop within modern technical B2B sales
• You do not need to know IT – you will learn that with us.

Salary & Conditions

Commission-based salary

Our appointment setters have the opportunity to earn very well on commission. Examples from the team:

• Goal: 2–3 closed customers per month
• Example employee reached 50,000 SEK in commission already in their third month
• For the right person, there is an opportunity for fixed + guarantee, but with clearer requirements and goals.
