Hofors is a small town with proximity to everything, located along the E16 between Falun and Gävle. We have good train and bus connections to Gävle and further out in the country. In Hofors, there are plenty of opportunities for a rich outdoor life, with both an ice rink, swimming pool, ski slope, and illuminated trails, etc. Here you will find a strong clinic with a lot of knowledge that has a family atmosphere where we take care of each other. We have a varied patient clientele and a large catchment area, which means that both you and the clinic constantly develop to meet different patient needs before they are possibly referred to specialists. The clinic has ten treatment rooms, and together we are a team of 15 employees who help each other for the best care of the patients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

With us, you will work as a dental hygienist clinically with children, youth, and adults, within the entire care spectrum. You will work in a team with dentists/dental nurses, and together you will always strive to provide the patient with quality care in a calm and caring environment.

As a dental hygienist with us, there are good opportunities for deepening in various dental fields such as orthodontics, periodontology, and more. After training, you will have the opportunity to perform filling therapy, among other things.

With us, as a new employee, you will participate in a one-year introductory program that includes introduction and guidance at the clinic as well as several training days to best represent Folktandvården Gävleborg and provide our patients with the best possible care. There is also the possibility to eventually work on the Folktandvården bus, our mobile dental clinic for vulnerable patients.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed dental hygienist or at the end of your education with good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. You have a creative and analytical working method, and your personal qualities are characterized by good collaboration skills, flexibility, and commitment. You are also pedagogical and good at communicating with both customers and colleagues.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
