Here at Apoteket Syrenen, affiliated with Gävle Hospital, we always put the customer in focus. We are a team of 6 pharmacists and 4 technicians who form a wonderful group with a great team spirit. We help each other and it is important for us to have fun at work. We are now looking for two pharmacists who want to be part of our team. The working hours for this position are within the local pharmacy's opening hours: Weekdays 7.30-19.30. Weekends and public holidays 10.00-16.00.

Our pharmacists always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. In your role, you will handle counseling, prescription dispensing, and self-care, and take responsibility for safety and service in every customer interaction.

• Provide professional advice and create added value in every customer interaction, with care and understanding of people's different needs.

• Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do, so that our customers can feel secure with us.

• Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues – we grow and develop together.

• Stay updated on our product range and our campaigns, to provide customers with the best possible assistance.

• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the workday and the customer experience at our pharmacy.

For this position, you need to be a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician, with a clear interest in people, health, and medications.

• You have several years of experience from a pharmacy or have just completed your studies.

• You have experience working with, for example, prescription dispensing or supervising students.

• You have a particular interest in self-care, digital counseling, quality, or supervision.

• You have a warm and professional demeanor where you see each customer.

• You enjoy collaborating and contribute positively to the team.
