Your Mission

For the summer of 2026, we are looking for employees in several of our areas:

• Care Homes: Work with the elderly who need care, support, and services.
• Home Care: Work to provide support and care for people who live in their own homes.
• LSS (Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons): Work with support and care for the disabled.
• Social Psychiatry: Work to provide support to people with mental disabilities or mental health issues.

Your tasks may vary depending on which area you work in. Regardless, the main mission remains the same: to provide good service and care.

The work involves a lot of personal responsibility but also the opportunity to work in a team with experienced and dedicated colleagues.

Extra Summer Compensation

If you work at least 75% for 8 weeks during the period from June 15 to August 16, you will receive an extra summer compensation of 7,000 SEK in addition to your base salary. If you work at least 85%, you will receive 8,000 SEK, and for full-time work, 10,000 SEK.

To be eligible for the extra summer compensation, you must be scheduled during your summer position, and you must not be absent more than 2 occasions, regardless of the reason, with a maximum of 4 days on each occasion.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in working with people. You gain energy from making everyday life easier for others and have a good attitude. You are attracted to working in an organization where you have the opportunity to develop.

Experience and education in the field are a plus. In some teams, it is a requirement that you have a B driver's license. You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and also have a good ability to use digital tools such as computers and mobile phones in your work.
