Hudiksvall's midwifery clinic offers comprehensive care within maternal health, contraceptive counseling, and gynecological health checks in Northern Hälsingland. The operation includes both midwifery and youth clinics in Hudiksvall and Ljusdal, where we have a close collaboration to provide women and families with the best possible support. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In your role as a midwife, you will meet women and families at various stages of life where you play an important part in promoting health and well-being. You will work independently and in a team to provide support and care to women of all ages.

As a midwife with us, you will work with:

• health care related to pregnancy, including medical basic programs, fetal diagnostics, health information during pregnancy, and psychosocial work
• supporting parenting and parent groups with childbirth and parenting preparation
• individual-level family planning, including contraceptive counseling and STI prevention
• gynecological cervical screening to prevent cervical cancer
• public health work and discussions on lifestyle issues.

In the role of midwife, you should:

• be a licensed midwife.
