Söderhamn Health Center has approximately 6,600 registered patients and offers a wide range of services including family doctor consultations, emergency care, rehabilitation, a training pool, a psychosocial team, and child health services.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

With us, you will work with health care for both children and adults. The role also includes some duties at the family doctor emergency service in Söderhamn.

As a district nurse with us, you will work with:

• telephone advice
• clinic work, scheduled and urgent visits
• preventive health care
• home visits and care planning.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a flexible and committed person who thrives in close collaboration with all health center professions in a varied everyday life. You are interested in development and improvement work, confident in your professional role, and able to meet people in a professional and empathetic manner.

In the role of district nurse, you should:

• be a licensed nurse
• hold a valid B driver's license.

For this position, it is an advantage if you have experience working in primary care and with the Cosmic journal system.
