JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Are you a licensed nurse looking for a flexible and meaningful job? We are looking for hourly employed nurses for our operations.

About us:

The Health and Medical Care Office has a need to recruit several nurses who can replace regular staff during absences for various reasons. In this role, you are expected to assist our operations within home healthcare, care and nursing homes, LSS, and social psychiatry.

We work from a holistic perspective where the patient is always in focus. As a nurse with us, you work health-promoting and preventive to strengthen the patient's health and well-being.

• Assessment of patients' conditions.
• Sampling, infusions, dressings.
• Palliative care.
• Planned and urgent health and medical care interventions.

Rounds are conducted in collaboration with the responsible doctor at the health center where the patient is registered. In your role, you work both independently and in close cooperation with the team. You support and guide nursing staff, motivate, delegate, and contribute to a shared learning experience. Documentation is performed in Treserva, planning is done in TES, and communication is handled via Lifecare.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are a confident and stable nurse with a flexible and solution-oriented attitude, and you enjoy working in various operations. You have the ability to delegate tasks clearly and responsibly and always put the patient's best interests first.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed nurse
• Has a driver's license and good driving experience
