Sandviken Norra Health Center is a well-established health center with nearly 11,000 registered patients. We want our employees to thrive and be a part of the health center's development. RESPONSIBILITIES

As a specialist physician with us, you will work closely with various professional groups at the health center. We have a stable and experienced staff that works together towards our common mission to support, treat, and guide people to a healthier life. You will also contribute to operational development and actively participate in creating even better care for our patients. Your work will also involve close collaboration with Sandviken Södra Health Center, where you meet once a day and participate in collegial meetings with medical discussions. As a specialist physician, you will have a patient base of 1,100 registered patients.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Consultation work with acute visits, new patients, and follow-ups.
• Care for elderly, LSS, and child healthcare.
• Supervision of doctors in training.
• Development of teamwork with other professional categories.
• On-call and standby duties.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with good collaboration skills who enjoys working together with colleagues and patients. With high flexibility, you can adapt to patients' needs and changing situations while taking the initiative to drive improvements and development within the operations.

To succeed in this role, you should:

• have a Swedish medical license with specialist training in general medicine.

For this position, it is an advantage if you have experience working in primary care.
