Allt i Hemmet is a private home care provider offering support in Gävle. We focus on psychiatry and addiction but also serve clients with somatic illnesses and dementia care. Currently, we have around 50 employees and approximately 115 clients.

Allt i Hemmet works with the commissioning authority Gävle municipality, providing our clients with home support after a decision has been made by a care manager.

Our goal is to strive to provide all our clients with qualitative, safe, and secure care with the right support for a well-functioning everyday life. We are a large team with diverse competencies and work closely together to achieve good results and well-executed tasks.

Who are we looking for?

You should be a nursing assistant and/or have experience as a caregiver, and we consider multilingual individuals as a merit.

You should be flexible in your working style to ensure that the client feels secure in your work. You should view changes as a positive part of your job.

We strive for good communication within the team to ensure the quality of our daily work. As an employee, you can influence and have the opportunity to impact the assignment concerning your clients to ensure quality in the work.

About the job:

You will work shifts but not nights, and a permanent position with a 6-month probationary period may be applicable.

You will be responsible for ensuring that your workday is well executed, and therefore it is important that you are accustomed to working alone.

We work closely together in the team, so being a team player is essential.

It is a requirement that you hold a B driver's license, as we provide services to clients who do not live centrally.
