District Nurse/Nurse at Sandviken Södra Health Center

Sandviken Södra Health Center is a well-established and stable health center with a dedicated team working closely together to provide patients with good and safe care. We work cross-professionally with group activities and primary care urgent patients, and our operations also include specialized clinics for asthma/COPD, diabetes, incontinence, and wound care.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a district nurse/nurse with us, you will have an independent and varied job with the patient's best interests in focus. You will meet patients of all ages with different needs, making no two days the same. The work combines independent tasks with close collaboration with colleagues at the health center. Working hours are mainly daytime, Monday to Friday. Within the primary care collaboration area of western Gästrikland, on-call duties for district nurses are included, approximately 3 to 4 shifts per year, as well as some weekend shifts at the family doctor emergency service.

QUALIFICATIONS

As a district nurse/nurse with us, you need to have good collaboration skills and be attentive and communicative in your interactions with patients and colleagues. You have a good ability to plan and structure your work effectively and can empathize with others' perspectives without taking over their feelings. We prefer that you are open to and interested in change, can quickly adapt to new circumstances, and appreciate a varied job.

In the role of district nurse/nurse, you should:

• be a licensed nurse with further education as a district nurse or a basic trained nurse
• hold a valid B driver's license.
