VårdIX-Bemanning is looking for a licensed nurse for an assignment in home care in Gävle. A long and stable assignment during the spring and summer of 2026, suitable for those who want to work independently with patients in their own homes.
Assignment Information:
- Area: Home Care in Gävle
- Period: March 24 – September 30, 2026
- Scope: Full-time
- Compensation: By agreement
- Location: Gävle
Job Responsibilities:
- Health and medical interventions in the patient's home
- Medical assessments and nursing
- Medication management and documentation
- Collaboration with nursing staff and relatives
- Care planning and follow-up
Qualifications:
- Licensed nurse
- Experience in home care is an advantage
- Independent and confident in patient-centered work
- Good collaboration skills
- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
