JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nurse, you are a key person in the daily work and an important part of the multidisciplinary team. Here, nurses, doctors, caregivers, social workers, and care leaders work together to provide patients with safe and quality care. The work is varied and at times complex and is based on dialogue and joint reflection to find the right support and treatment. Conversation is one of our most important tools, and in meeting with patients, you will be able to use both your skills and personal experiences.

Your main responsibilities

• lead and distribute work in collaboration with caregivers
• identify care needs and plan and evaluate interventions
• documentation and medication management
• supervise nursing staff, students, and new employees.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a passion for psychiatry and a desire to develop and improve care together with us. You have a genuine interest in psychiatric care and people's recovery and are humble in your professional role. With your ability, you can meet patients and colleagues with respect and attentiveness. You have good collaboration skills and enjoy working in a team where you together create a safe and structured care environment. You take initiative, notice changes in the patient's condition, and act according to needs. Furthermore, you have a good ability to plan and structure your work.

In this role, you should be

• a licensed nurse.

It is an advantage if you have specialist training in psychiatric care.
