Description

As a nursing assistant, you play a key role in a team consisting of nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and unit managers. As a person, you have a genuine interest, understanding, and commitment to individuals with cognitive impairment, viewing every person as unique and valuable. You possess strong empathy and the ability to quickly understand another person's perspective or situation, creating a sense of security and trust for the individual and their relatives.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities involve acting as a contact person to provide the client with a stimulating and meaningful daily life, while maintaining a good relationship with their relatives.

You must be able to perform delegated tasks from licensed personnel. Furthermore, the job requires good computer skills, such as the ability to read and document continuously in our documentation system "Treserva," and work with BPSD (Behavioral and Psychological Symptoms of Dementia). You should be able to collaborate, conduct conversations, and maintain good communication with various partners. We work towards a Zero Vision at Öjegården's group home.

Qualifications

We are looking for a nursing assistant with flexibility, good teamwork skills, and strong verbal communication. A driver's license is a requirement. You must be able to work independently, plan and structure your work, and take responsibility for your tasks.

You need to master the Swedish language in both speech and writing, have a good ability to collaborate, and maintain a positive attitude. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
