RESPONSIBILITIES

As a biomedical scientist with us, you will become an important part of a cohesive and competent team, while working independently and taking responsibility for your own area of work.

In this role, we are looking for someone who wants to actively contribute to production at our molecular department, an environment where precision, quality, and curiosity are central parts of daily life.

Main responsibilities:

Daily production of our analyses and instrument handling
Service to our customers (requesters)
Handling of analysis results according to governing documents
Continuous development and assurance of our quality

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who contributes to an efficient and quality-secured workflow and who sees the big picture of the process, from sampling to the final analysis result. You have the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and always work with the patient in focus, understanding that every sample represents an individual.

Therefore, we believe you are a person with strong drive, an open and flexible approach, and the ability to find solutions even when conditions change. In the role of biomedical scientist, you must:

Be a licensed biomedical scientist or have other education that the employer deems equivalent, such as a biomedical scientist, molecular biologist, or microbiologist
Have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing, at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale

Previous experience of work in clinical laboratory medicine is considered an asset. Having an interest in technology or IT is an advantage as our way of working follows digital development.
