About the Department
At Laboratory Medicine, we operate within clinical chemistry, clinical microbiology, clinical immunology, and transfusion medicine. Within clinical chemistry, we work with sample collection, sample handling, and analysis work performed using both manual and automated methods and techniques.

We are now seeking a Biomedical Scientist for Laboratory Medicine within clinical chemistry in Sundsvall. The position is a permanent full-time role with a start date of June 1, 2026, or by mutual agreement.

Responsibilities
As a Biomedical Scientist, your tasks will include:

• Sample collection
• Sample handling
• Analysis work

The role involves working irregular hours.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone who

• Is a licensed Biomedical Scientist
• Has Swedish language skills in both spoken and written form at least at level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages

It is an advantage if you

• Have worked at a clinical chemistry hospital laboratory
