Job Description

As a Stability Studies Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, conducting, and analyzing stability studies for our diagnostic tests. You will work within an international team, contributing your expertise to ensure our products meet all regulatory requirements.

How the studies are built:

Stability studies will be designed based on international guidelines and regulatory requirements. This includes defining test parameters, storage conditions, sampling schedules, and analysis methods. You will work closely with other team members to ensure the studies are robust and yield reliable results.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop stability studies for diagnostic tests.
  • Analyze data from stability studies and report results.
  • Collaborate with QA and Regulatory teams to ensure compliance with relevant standards and guidelines.
  • Lead QA and Regulatory projects related to stability studies.
  • Work in a core team to support expansion into a new geographical market.
  • Contribute your research project experience to optimize study design and analysis.

Qualifications

  • Master's or PhD in a relevant field (e.g., biology, chemistry, biomedicine).
  • 3-5 years of experience in designing and conducting stability studies.
  • Experience with research projects.
  • Experience in QA or Regulatory, preferably in an international environment.
  • Self-driven and proactive.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Project leadership experience is an asset.
