Responsibilities
- Support omics data analysis for internal and client projects, collaborating closely with project teams and wet-lab scientists to interpret results
- Participate in customer-facing technical service projects, providing bioinformatics analysis and technical support
- Provide customer support for bioinformatics products, including guidance on analysis workflows, troubleshooting, and result interpretation
- Receiving, organizing, and managing NGS sequencing data; Running established bioinformatics analysis pipelines
- Developing, maintaining, or updating analysis pipelines to improve performance and robustness
- Support the IT setup of the site team.
Qualifications
- Degree in Bioinformatics, Biology, Computational Biology, Statistics, or a related field
- Familiarity with NGS data analysis workflows and common bioinformatics tools
- Experience with at least one of the following: R, Python, or Linux
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to both internal teams and customers
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with analysis of single-cell data or similar data structure.
- Experience in building, automating, or maintaining bioinformatics pipelines
- Prior experience in technical service, customer support, or client-facing roles
