About the role

As a district nurse at Doktor.se Sundsvall Health Center, you will work in a patient-centered and evidence-based manner, maintaining professionalism in your interactions and prioritizing the patient above all.

Examples of tasks include:

• Routine clinic work

• Providing advice via telephone and chat

• Triage and acute patient flows

• Helping us develop primary care by participating in the implementation of digital-physical processes

About you

• Licensed district nurse

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

• Knowledge of the Cosmic medical record system

• Experience in diabetes care is an asset

Practical details

• Desired start date is as soon as possible, but we will of course take your notice period and preferences into account

• The position is a permanent full-time employment (100%) with an initial probationary period
