Welcome to Ockelbo Din hälsocentral!

At Ockelbo Din hälsocentral, we welcome the entire population. We are part of the newly established company Region Gävleborg Din hälsocentral AB. With approximately 5,200 registered patients, we provide primary care with a clinic, child health center (BVC), psychosocial team, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, and home visits. Under the same roof, we also have elderly care, home healthcare, and a family center. The train station is only about 10 minutes from the health center, making commuting easy.

We are nearly 25 employees with broad expertise. We are now looking for two new colleagues who want to help continue developing our operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a general practitioner with us, you will work closely with other professionals at the health center. We are a stable and experienced staff group that works together for our common mission to support, treat, and guide people to better health. You will also contribute to operational development and actively participate in creating good and accessible care for our patients.

As a general practitioner with us, you will, among other things:

• perform clinic work with acute visits, new visits, and follow-up visits
• work with the municipality's special accommodations for the elderly (SÄBO), home healthcare (HSV), and child health center (BVC)
• supervise doctors in training
• participate in on-call and standby duties
• be the responsible doctor in our dementia team, where you work together with occupational therapists and district nurses.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has a strong commitment to primary care and enjoys working together with colleagues and patients. With high flexibility, you can adapt to patients' needs and changing situations while taking the initiative to drive improvements and development within the organization.

In the role of general practitioner, you should have:

• Swedish medical license
• specialist training in general medicine.

Experience in primary care is an advantage.
