We are currently looking for nurses for assignments from week 25-33 in Hudiksvall.

Assignment Description

The work as a nurse in the municipality involves assignments for home healthcare and, during on-call hours, also for special housing with interventions up to the level of a nurse. The basic tasks include assessing, deciding, and setting goals, documenting, planning, executing/delegating, leading, and following up on healthcare interventions.

The nurse's tasks also include mentoring, informing, and educating other staff and students. The nurse is responsible for medication management and ensuring that the doctor's orders are followed and evaluated. Documentation in the nursing journal, according to the Patient Journal Act. Nursing responsible nurse if needed. Participate in SIP/nursing meetings/team meetings as needed. Reporting deviations and participating in investigations of deviations.

Requirements or Preferences:

- Licensed nurse

- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
