Your Mission

The nursing unit is looking for two registered nurses for home healthcare Linden.

Together, you will be three colleagues responsible for approximately 60 patients in regular and special housing, as the care and nursing home Eklunda is included in the catchment area. The placement is in Bergvik, about ten kilometers outside Söderhamn.

The work involves both independent work and close collaboration in a team. You identify and prevent risks in care, as well as map, plan, and follow up on patients' needs for health and medical interventions. The role also includes educating and mentoring nursing staff in a pedagogical and professional manner.

Documentation takes place in the Lifecare HSL system, and the work also includes registration in several national quality registers. You continuously collaborate with other care providers, both internally within the organization and externally, to ensure safe and cohesive care.

Workplace Description

The nursing unit consists of nurses, specialist nurses, and district nurses who work within care and nursing homes, short-term care, functional support, and home healthcare. The unit is responsible for the municipality's health and medical services around the clock.

With us, you will be part of an engaged team where you work closely with nursing assistants, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and unit managers to ensure safe, secure, and person-centered care.

The working hours are primarily during the day, but evening and weekend shifts are included. Currently, you work every eighth weekend. For evening and weekend work, the assignment covers the entire municipality, providing variation and the opportunity for broad experience.

We actively work to promote a good and sustainable work environment and therefore offer favorable working conditions. Full-time corresponds to 37 hours per week. Your Competence

We are looking for you who are a registered nurse. For the position, it is required that you have very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and hold a B driver's license.

As a person, you are secure and independent in your professional role, with genuine commitment and a positive attitude towards your work. You are flexible and have the ability to see opportunities in changes. You make well-founded decisions based on available information and take responsibility for your positions.

You work in a structured manner and have a good ability to plan, organize, and prioritize your work while keeping set deadlines. At the same time, you are communicative and clear, adapting your message according to the recipient and situation so that expectations are clear for all parties involved.

Since the work is carried out in a team, it is important that you have good collaboration skills and a professional, respectful approach. You are attentive, solution-focused, and actively contribute to a positive work climate. You are happy to share your knowledge and experiences, take initiative, and see the whole with the organization's best interests in focus.

Professional experience within municipal health and medical care is meritorious, as well as mentoring training, further education in elderly care, or district nursing education, but it is not a requirement.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities.
