Psychiatric Outpatient Clinic in Bollnäs is hiring nurses

The Psychiatric Outpatient Clinic in Bollnäs is a general psychiatric clinic for residents over 18 years old. We are responsible for providing services in open psychiatric care that promote health and increased quality of life. We have about 35 employees at the clinic in Bollnäs, characterized by a good work environment where we care for each other. The operations are permeated by good reception, high accessibility, and good results.

We are now looking for two nurses for the general team at the clinic. The positions are rotation jobs where you will work approximately 80 percent at the psychiatric clinic in Bollnäs and about 20 percent at Bollnäs Hospital. Which clinic you will work at will be decided together in dialogue with Bollnäs Hospital.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Work at the clinic is carried out in close collaboration with other professional categories within the clinic and in cooperation with other public services. In addition to nurses, our clinic employs doctors, caregivers, social workers, psychotherapists, psychologists, rehab coordinators, and medical secretaries.

• medication follow-up, medication management, and drug screening
• suicide prevention and structure-supporting measures
• telephone counseling
• home visits
• supportive and motivational conversations

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a stable and committed person who thrives in close collaboration with all professions in a varied everyday life. In your work, you are flexible and easily collaborate with other professional categories and external agencies, and you enjoy adapting to new conditions. We also see that you are meticulous and have good administrative skills. You are secure in your professional role, have a genuine interest in working with people with mental health issues, and have the ability to meet people in a professional and empathetic manner. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

In the role of nurse, you must:

• be a licensed nurse
• have a valid B driver's license.

It is an advantage if you have experience working in psychiatry.
