Welcome to us at the emergency reception in Tierp! We are now looking for a nurse for the emergency reception in Tierp for a one-year temporary position, with a possible extension. The position involves rotation day/evening and night shifts throughout the week. The working hours can be discussed. Desired schedule applies. Start date by agreement.

Your Mission

Your mission as a nurse at the emergency reception will be to triage and receive patients who come to the reception. You will have a varied job in a team, which also includes assisting with various examinations and treatments.

Your Competence

We are looking for you who are a nurse, with a few years of experience in emergency care and preferably with further education. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

As a person, you are good at planning, organizing, and prioritizing work effectively, and to be successful in the job, you need to be flexible in your work approach. The work requires that you have good collaboration skills and enjoy working in a team, but also that you have the ability to work independently. We place great emphasis on the willingness and ability to develop the operations together with other colleagues at the reception.

Our Operations

The Tierp emergency reception is located in the premises of Tierp Health Center between Uppsala and Gävle with good commuting opportunities. From Uppsala, both trains and buses run every half hour during rush hour. The health center is within walking distance from the station. Our patients are both young and old and live in Tierp and the surrounding rural areas.
