The psychiatric reception is responsible for conducting interventions that promote health and increase quality of life in the open psychiatric specialist care. The operation actively works to provide a good reception, have high availability, and show good results. The psychiatric reception service in northern Hälsingland has a common reception in Hudiksvall. In Bergsjö and Ljusdal, there are branch operations that provide specialist psychiatric interventions to patients with long-term and low levels of functioning, such as psychotic problems. The workplace has competencies in CBT, KPT, and PDT and provides supervision. The reception also has a DBT team, ERGT competence, and therapeutic competence in trauma treatment such as EMDR and Prolonged Exposure. Psychotherapy is offered both in groups and individually.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will work in a team consisting of doctors, psychologists, psychotherapists, nurses, social workers, caregivers, occupational therapists, rehabilitation coordinators, and medical secretaries. The work is also done in collaboration with our own units such as inpatient care, emergency teams, and our SPOT team (specialist psychiatric care team). Collaboration also takes place with other public services and care neighbors.

You are interested in development and improvement work and are confident in your professional role, and you have the ability to meet people in a professional and empathetic manner. Great importance is placed on personal suitability and the ability to collaborate.

In the role of psychotherapist, you should:

• be a licensed psychotherapist or have completed basic training in psychotherapy.

For this position, it is advantageous if you have experience in specialist psychiatry.
