The primary care area south consists of Tegs, Hörnefors, and Nordmaling health centers. These services are located at Nordmaling health center.

At Nordmaling health center, you will find a workplace with a big heart and good cohesion that works for sustainable primary care in line with Wise Clinical Choices. We strive for a good work environment and are looking for someone who wants to contribute to our progress. Our goal is to offer our approximately 6,000 registered patients engaged care and a good reception. We now need to expand our medical staffing with two specialist physicians to continue to develop and provide people with good care. We are looking for someone who finds this interesting.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a specialist physician with us, you contribute knowledge and engagement that makes people feel safe and validated in their encounters with you.

The work is characterized by meetings with people of all ages, with various health-related issues. In the general medicine specialty work, you will follow an individual's various health problems over time and consider the person's entire life situation in your assessments. As a specialist, you are expected to support physicians in training in their ongoing work and mentor during designated mentoring time. You are also expected to be an active part of the physician group's and health center's meetings, dialogues, and improvement efforts.

On-call duties in primary care and primary care backup are included in the work.

QUALIFICATIONS

For this job, you need to be a specialist physician in general medicine or in the final stages of your residency in general medicine. An interest in mentoring students and training physicians is important.

You are a present and positive person who, with knowledge and care, sees the patient and can adapt care according to the needs that exist. You enjoy collaborating and being there for other people, both patients and colleagues. You function well in the working methods required in primary care and make your workday function based on the commitments expected of a specialist physician. You see opportunities and can manage your workday even when patient pressure is high by independently making decisions in the issues you face.

We require good knowledge of the Swedish language.
