Registered Nurse – Temporary Position with Possibility of Permanent Employment

We are now looking for a registered nurse for a temporary position, with the possibility of permanent employment if one of our regular nurses chooses to leave their position.

Job Responsibilities

As a nurse with us, you will work closely with our operations in elderly care and support for people with disabilities. You will have an independent and varied job where you can utilize your full competence. You will be part of an engaged team with colleagues who support each other, and where collaboration is a natural part of everyday life.

We are in a phase where we are developing and implementing welfare technology to enhance safety, quality, and working environment. As a nurse, you will be involved in implementing and using digital support, such as digital supervision, medication cabinets, and other technical solutions that facilitate work for both staff and users.

Your job responsibilities include, among other things:

• standard health and medical care tasks within municipal care
• assessments, follow-ups, and documentation
• guidance and support to nursing staff
• collaboration with other professionals and relatives
• participation in the introduction and use of welfare technology

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who

• is a registered nurse
• enjoys working independently and taking responsibility
• has a good demeanor and a desire to contribute to safe and secure care
• is curious about digital working methods and sees opportunities in welfare technology
• appreciates working in a smaller municipality where you get a broad assignment

Experience in municipal health and medical care is an advantage but not a requirement.

Scope

Duration: 6 months with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position

Scope: 100%

Start Date: Start date by agreement, preferably as soon as possible.
