For those born in 1958 or earlier, we offer a 25% higher hourly wage during June, July, and August.

YOUR ROLE

As a substitute with us, your workdays may vary depending on where the need is.

In care and support, you work closely with elderly people in their homes via home care or in a care and nursing home. You assist with personal care, supervision, and practical tasks – while also being an important social contact in daily life.

In support and service, you support individuals with physical or mental disabilities, for example, in group homes, short-term care, daily activities, or as a personal assistant. Here, the work is about creating participation, supporting activities, and contributing to a safe and meaningful daily life.

You work independently but are always part of a team where you collaborate and support each other.

YOUR COMPETENCE AND EXPERIENCE

We are looking for someone who is secure, responsible, and flexible in meeting other people. You find it easy to build good relationships and can remain calm when situations change. You need to have sufficient physical capacity to handle the tasks and be able to speak and write in Swedish.

You do not need to have worked in care or support before. Previous experience is an advantage, but not a requirement. We will teach you what you need to know – introduction and training are tailored to your needs and experiences so that you can feel secure in the assignment. Your life experience is valuable to us.

The position is subject to a requirement for a background check according to law. Before a potential job offer, you must present an extract from the criminal record for work with elderly people or individuals with disabilities. You are responsible for ordering the correct extract from the Police Authority.
