Falck in Lycksele is now looking for a licensed Physiotherapist to join their team!
As a Physiotherapist at Falck Health and Occupational Life, you will work consultatively and value-creating in cross-functional teams consisting of company doctors, behavioral scientists, company nurses, etc., all working collaboratively with our clients and their employees to achieve good results. You will work from a broader perspective than just focusing on the patient and have the opportunity to influence in contact with the employer. This can involve everything from health assessments, evaluation and treatment of work-related issues, suggestions for workplace adjustments at the individual level, to assessments of the workplace's ergonomic conditions at the group and organizational level, customized training, risk assessments, and developing health-promoting initiatives for physical training and stress management. You are thus contributing to creating a sustainable work life at the societal level!
You will work with:
- Assessment and treatment regarding the musculoskeletal system and stress
- Ergonomic mapping at both individual and group levels
- Ergonomic risk assessment and intervention
- Work environment training
- Health-promoting work
We are looking for a licensed physiotherapist, preferably with experience from occupational health or similar activities, as well as:
- good clinical experience in assessing and treating issues related to the musculoskeletal system
- proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- ability and interest in delivering in digital tools and being part of Falck's digital journey
- preferably with ergonomic training, TIPPA, MEBA, McKenzie, or other assessment tools

Other:
Permanent employment with a 6-month probation period, working hours according to agreement. Working hours are weekdays 8-17 without weekends.
The position may involve travel, which means you must have a driver's license and preferably access to your own car.
