Description

Bjurholm's elderly care consists of 2 nursing homes and home care services.

There are about 46 care places within SÄBO and around 80 home care clients, of which about 40 receive home health care. As a nurse in Bjurholm's elderly care, you will work closely with nursing staff and rehabilitation personnel, contributing your expertise.

Responsibilities

Together with your colleagues, you will plan and organize care and work towards good health and medical care based on individual needs. You will also have a role in guiding, inspiring, and engaging the nursing staff. You will make independent decisions, which requires flexibility and good collaboration skills, meaning you challenge and develop yourself. During evenings and weekends, the on-duty nurse is responsible for home health care and also guides home care services.

We are looking for someone who has a good sense of quality, contributes to a positive atmosphere, takes responsibility, has a good approach, and enjoys working with the elderly.
