About the Position

As an administrator, you will support managers and/or departments in their daily work. The tasks vary depending on the assignment but may include:

• Managing calendars and meetings
• Purchasing and financial follow-up
• General administration and document management
• Coordinating tasks between departments

Other tasks may occur depending on the nature of the assignment. The role offers great opportunities for development, taking responsibility, and growing in your professional role.

We Are Looking For Someone Who

• Is structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented
• Has an eye for detail and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Is flexible and creative in their work approach
• Has excellent communication skills and can work both independently and in a team

Qualifications

• Previous experience in administrative work
• Very good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent systems
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of English is an advantage

Preferred

• Previous experience working in larger organizations or projects
