About the role

In the role of Team Manager & Senior Management Consultant within Transformation Advisory, you will combine a coaching personnel responsibility with a consulting role. You will be responsible for a team of approximately 5–10 consultants while working closely with our clients on qualified assignments.

The focus of the assignments is on strategic and operational advisory within data-driven business and operational development and technology-driven transformation (e.g., through AI). The role suits you who want to be both a leader and an advisor – and who thrives in the intersection of business, operations, and IT.

We are looking for someone who has: 

• At least 10 years of experience as a management consultant or in a similar strategic advisory role 
• Good understanding of data-driven methodologies, AI, and/or digital technologies 
• Experience in personnel responsibility and leading others 
• The ability to navigate complex organizations and build trust at the management level 
• A genuine interest in working at the intersection of business, operations, and IT 
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
