Are you an engaged accounting assistant with experience in Visma Net? Are you looking for a new challenge? We are looking for an accounting assistant who will also serve as management support for our client in Stockholm!

About the position

As an accounting assistant, you will play a key role within the organization, focusing on both financial and office administrative tasks. You will have the opportunity to work in a stimulating and professional environment where you can develop in your professional role.

Responsibilities and tasks

• Ongoing bookkeeping and financial administration
• Management of accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Processing of incoming and outgoing payments
• Reconciliations
• Expense reporting
• Project accounting and reporting

The role also includes assisting the management team with various administration tasks such as scheduling meetings and writing minutes.

Our client works in Visma Net and Visma Payroll.

Qualifications and personal attributes

• Education in finance or equivalent work experience
• Experience with Visma Net is a requirement
• Experience in payroll administration is an advantage
• Experience in project accounting is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Excel and experience with financial systems
• Communicative and fluent in both Swedish and English

More about the assignment

• Scope: Full-time
• Start: February 2026 or by agreement
• Location: Central Stockholm
• Employment type: 6-month consulting assignment with the possibility of extension or employment with our client
