We are looking for several new employees for our client in Stockholm for a consulting assignment of about 6 months.
Job Responsibilities
- Search, extract, and compile user data using both automated and manual methods.
- Prepare and validate compiled data in Google Sheets through careful checks of data sets, date ranges, and ensure relevance for the specific user request.
- Be responsible for user access requests and ensure that users receive the correct information and data delivered.
- Receive and prepare responses to user requests using internal system tools.
- Ensure that data integrity requirements are met through daily quality checks and reviews of all cases, to guarantee that the prepared data is accurate and fully addresses the received request.
Environment/Team Composition
You will belong to the team responsible for handling and supporting requests for access to personal data.
Requirements
- You have previous experience in administrative work, such as an administrator, case officer, customer service, or similar roles.
- You have good IT skills and feel comfortable with a short learning curve to familiarize yourself with new systems.
- You have previous experience working in a role that required you to express yourself and provide good service in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

- Analytical – You have a good ability to process and manage large data sets.

- Good communication skills – You have a very good ability to express yourself and deliver good service in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Good collaboration skills – You are unpretentious and enjoy collaborating with others.
- Self-leadership – You take responsibility for solving your tasks with high quality according to set timelines and ensure that you address challenges that arise along the way.
- Engaged – You are committed to delivering high service and appreciate taking on challenges and solving problems, big and small. You have the initiative to solve problems independently and a strong desire to learn, develop, and appreciate receiving feedback.
Meritorious
- It is meritorious if you have experience working in Google Sheets.
- If you have previous experience working with GDPR-related tasks, it is highly meritorious.
- It is highly meritorious if you have knowledge of EMEA's privacy laws and regulatory requirements to ensure correct and legal handling.
