Huddinge Samhällsfastigheter owns, develops, and manages community properties for Huddinge Municipality. The property portfolio consists of approximately 150 properties with premises for preschools, schools, elderly care homes, outdoor and sports facilities, as well as offices. We are about 120 employees.
We are in a development phase regarding how we manage and develop our properties and are looking for a rental and management coordinator responsible for lease agreements and economic administration related to the leases to ensure that contracts, contract data, and administrative processes run smoothly. You will be an important support to managers, management support, and finance.
An important part of your job will be to:
- In collaboration with managers, ensure that new lease agreements for premises are formulated in accordance with applicable framework agreements and other agreements, and quality assure that all relevant clauses are correctly included before the contract is signed.
- Registration, follow-up, and quality assurance of lease agreements.
- Archiving and system administration of contract and property data.
- Economic follow-up related to agreements, including invoice management and re-invoicing to ensure that rent billing and revenue reporting match the content of the agreements (e.g., during annual rent increases or discounts).
- Preparation of reports, statistics, and documentation for management and finance.
- When necessary, other management administration such as support in reporting issues and other internal processes.

Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent, preferably with an administrative or economic focus.
- At least 5 years of experience in lease agreements and economic administration.
- Very good ability to communicate in speech and writing in Swedish.
- Good knowledge of the Office suite and experience with property systems.
Personal qualities
We are looking for someone who is structured, meticulous, and service-oriented, with a good ability to create order and overview in administration and systems. You feel comfortable working with both contracts and financial tasks. We place great importance on your personal qualities.
About the position
The position is a permanent full-time employment. Start date: immediately or by agreement.
