We are now looking for an accounting consultant with 2-3 years of experience for the role of project manager. In this role, you will belong to our Service business area, which focuses on working with service companies. As a Project Manager, you will have overall customer responsibility and work to coordinate the work in various customer assignments. For us, the personal meeting with the customer is central – not just through digital channels. We value close and trusting relationships, where each customer should feel seen, unique, and important. Job Responsibilities

In the role of Project Manager, you will work with several clients where you have overall customer responsibility. Here you will have the opportunity to coordinate the work in various customer assignments and coach junior consultants who work with ongoing accounting. You will also work hands-on with a focus on accounting!

You will, for example:

  • Project manage, coordinate, and structure the work in various customer assignments

  • Be responsible for communication and delivery to the customer

  • Follow up on the profitability of customer assignments

  • Initiate collaborations with new customers

  • Resource plan and allocate work together with the group manager 

  • Coach, support, and train junior consultants

  • Work with ongoing accounting

  • Prepare monthly financial statements, annual financial statements, and annual reports

  • Income tax returns, reporting, taxes, and VAT

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has at least 2-3 years of experience in accounting and project management

  • Independently manages ongoing accounting, income tax returns, annual financial statements, and annual reports under K2 regulations

  • Has experience and/or aptitude for training, coaching, or leading colleagues

  • Has a post-secondary education in finance

  • Is fluent in Swedish and has very good knowledge of English

It is an extra merit if you:

  • Have experience working at an accounting or auditing firm and/or have a good ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work structured even during high-pressure periods

  • Have experience with K3 regulations

  • Have experience in starting up collaborations with new customers

  • Have experience with Fortnox
