About the job
You will work with the administration and investigation of cases that vary in scope and complexity. This means that you analyze and assess different types of documentation. You request additional information via phone, mail, and digital mailboxes in contact with individuals and businesses. With the support of laws and regulations, you assess the documentation and make decisions. Some cases are simple and quick, while others take more time. During certain periods, tax guidance may be part of your duties, meaning you will answer questions about taxes from individuals and provide guidance on how to best use our e-services.
You plan your own workday and drive your cases both independently and in collaboration with others. You work closely with your colleagues, providing and receiving support from one another. The work is qualified, and you will learn and gain new knowledge both broadly and in depth. The job involves many contacts, for example with customers and other authorities. You have flexible working hours, and it is a given for us that you should have a balance between work and leisure.
You belong to the Personal Tax Unit 7 at the Personal Tax Department, located in Borås. In the unit, we work with both national and international taxation for individuals (including shareholder taxation) and with employer contributions.
About you

In this job, you should:

You should also have:
- a university degree of at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits) in economics or law.
It is desirable that you have current and relevant work experience in administrative tasks within public service, agencies, insurance companies, or banks.
Good to know
The employment is permanent and may start with a six-month probationary period.
Employment with us may involve placement in a security class. A security review with a background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before a decision on employment. For some of our tasks in security class, Swedish citizenship is required.
