Job Description

We are looking for employment officers who can work towards clear goals and follow regulations and processes in a legally secure manner. The role involves assessing job seekers' needs, deciding on interventions, and following up on these. You will work in-depth with individuals who have difficulty establishing themselves in the labor market through mapping, matching, actively searching for available jobs, introduction, and follow-up. The work involves extensive and close contacts with employers in both the private and public sectors. You need to have a good ability to be proactive and take your own initiatives in your work to create good business relationships.

You must be able to work independently, accurately, and at a high pace, while carrying out government assignments and holding professional conversations. You need to be efficient, structured, goal-oriented, and have the ability to apply rules and regulations. You should be able to coach job seekers, handle difficult conversations, and match them with employers in a structured manner. Since the assignment often changes, you need to be flexible, quickly adapt, and take on new challenges. You should also be able to explain and communicate pedagogically with different target groups.

To succeed as an employment officer, we see that you enjoy:

  • Interpreting and applying laws and regulations
  • Documenting information in a legally secure and structured way
  • Meeting and working with people in various situations
  • Creating good business relationships
  • Navigating and working in multiple systems simultaneously
