Description of the Organization

The GVA Department manages the municipality's streets, water and sewage facilities, and waste management.

We are a group of 16 year-round employees and are supplemented during the summer months with seasonal workers. The workgroup consists of various categories of skilled workers and officials. The tasks are varied, and there is ample room for personal initiative and responsibility.

Your Mission

As an administrator, you will be responsible for record-keeping and archiving documents, invoicing, generating and reporting internal and external statistics, as well as administration within the framework of GVA. The position also includes external contacts and investigative assignments.

Your Skills and Experience

For this position, you need to have a high school education or further training in administration. You have good computer skills and a strong sense of service, approachability, and collaboration.

Experience in the following areas is an advantage:

  • Administration
  • Municipal operations
  • Invoicing
