HR Partner with a Focus on Recruitment and Talent Supply

Location: Luleå, Umeå, or Skellefteå

The Church of Sweden, Luleå Diocese, is strengthening its HR and Talent Supply Unit and is now seeking an experienced and creative HR Partner who wants to work both operationally and strategically with a particular focus on recruitment and long-term talent supply.

You will become the fifth member of the unit and part of an HR team where we together develop the future of HR work in the diocese.

About the Role

As an HR Partner, you will play an important role in our efforts to attract, recruit, and retain employees, both for the diocesan office and in support of parishes and pastorates in their recruitment efforts.

You will:

• Lead entire recruitment processes: requirement profiles, search, selection, interviews, and signing.
• Conduct structured and evidence-based selections, including psychological tests.
• Drive candidate searches, network building, and professional candidate communication.
• Contribute to quality and structure in onboarding.
• Support managers in recruitment, interview techniques, legislation, and MBL processes.
• Participate in the development of working methods, processes, and long-term initiatives within talent supply.
• Develop and manage routines, guidelines, and working methods that strengthen a sustainable work life – for example, in work environment, collaboration, and management support.
• Contribute to ongoing HR administration and quality assurance, such as follow-ups, statistics, documentation, and updates of governing documents.

The role combines operational work with strategic development responsibility and requires the ability to quickly switch between details and a holistic perspective.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Relevant higher education in HR or equivalent.
• Several years of experience in qualified HR work, with a particularly strong background in recruitment and strategic talent supply.
• Documented experience of independently driving recruitment processes – from requirement profile to employment.
• Experience with evidence-based selection methods and psychological tests.
• The ability and interest to actively seek out and connect with potential candidates.
• Good digital skills and experience with HR systems and data-driven HR.
• Creativity and curiosity about new methods to generate interest and attract more people to work in the Church of Sweden.
