The Crime Victim Authority is Sweden's expert authority on victim issues. The authority works to improve information and support for those who have been victims of crime by deciding on compensation for crime victims, reclaiming paid compensation from offenders, funding research and victim-oriented projects through the Crime Victim Fund, and serving as a knowledge center on victim issues. The authority is located in central Umeå.

The Crime Victim Authority is now strengthening its personnel function with an HR generalist for work at the authority's personnel and service unit.

We are looking for someone with a degree from the program for human resources and labor relations or another academic degree in the personnel field that we consider equivalent.

You will work closely with the authority's HR manager on a range of HR-related issues that arise within the authority. The work is multifaceted and varied, requiring high work capacity, judgment, and versatility.

It is important for the role that you have a positive attitude and are solution- and development-oriented. You handle sensitive information with great integrity and respect for confidentiality. In this selection, we will place great emphasis on personal suitability.

You have good knowledge of the Office suite, and it is an advantage if you have experience with phone communication. Experience in administrative work is meritorious. In our unit, we work as a team and support each other during high workloads, so you should be flexible and ready to assist with other tasks as needed.
