About the Position

This is the role for you who thrives when a lot is happening and who, with a cheerful attitude, dives into both large and small tasks. As an administrator, you will have a central function in the work of ensuring competence supply. The role includes a variety of administrative tasks such as documentation, scheduling, planning, and follow-up.

The work is performed during daytime hours and takes place on-site at the office in central Umeå. The salary is 25,000 SEK.

• You enjoy using the phone as your primary work tool and are comfortable contacting people.
• You are administratively meticulous, structured, and used to documenting your work.
• You are accustomed to juggling many tasks at once.
• You have good communication skills and can build trust in conversations.
• You have experience in administration or sales – advantageous but not required.
