Financial Administrator at Vakin
In the finance department, we are a team of 13 employees with various responsibilities.
As a financial administrator with us, you will be part of a group primarily working with accounts receivable and accounts payable. We collaborate closely within our team and also provide support to the entire company. Vakin manages four companies.
Responsibilities
Your tasks will involve the administration of accounts receivable and accounts payable. Together with your colleagues, you will handle supplier invoices, incoming and outgoing payments, and ongoing reconciliations. In your role, you will also need to support other colleagues in the company and, when necessary, assist with accounting and year-end closing work.
Qualifications
We prefer that you have a post-secondary education in finance or equivalent work experience. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good computer skills. Previous experience as a financial administrator or experience with Visma Proceedo is considered an advantage.
As a person, you are meticulous and place great importance on maintaining the quality of your work. You take responsibility for planning and organizing your tasks and proactively take your own initiatives. You are attentive to others and are happy to help where needed.

Additional Information
The position is a permanent full-time position with a start date according to agreement. We may apply a probationary period.
