About the position

As a Quality Engineer at Attends, you will play a key role in improving our processes and ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. You will analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement. You will work closely with production and process teams to ensure that quality is built into every step of the manufacturing process.

You will have an important role in developing robust quality processes and routines and promoting a strong quality culture through training, coaching, and dissemination of best practices.

Your main responsibilities:

• Analyze data from customer complaints, lab tests, internal deviations, and production systems to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate root cause analyses and implementation of solutions with selected internal teams and follow up on effectiveness.
• Report quality outcomes and trends.
• Conduct quality-related meetings, workshops, audits, and root cause analyses on-site at the factory and with suppliers.
• Participate in project meetings, risk analyses, and validation activities.
• Develop new systems for analysis and follow-up.
• Plan and conduct training in methods and tools.
• Disseminate knowledge and best practices to further develop a strong product safety and quality culture within the organization.

Who are you?

• You have a university degree in engineering, quality management, or similar.
• You have strong analytical skills and good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently, in teams, and to lead teams.
• Preferred with experience in improvement work and using improvement tools such as PDCA, Six Sigma, FMEA.
• Preferred with experience in quality standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485.
• You communicate fluently in Swedish and English.
