We are currently looking for a production technician focused on maintenance for Husqvarna Construction in Jönköping!About the roleAs a production technician with a maintenance focus, you will have a key role in production where machine availability, operational reliability, and improvement work are in focus. You are responsible for planning, executing, and following up on service and maintenance of production machines and serve as a coordinating function during external service, planned maintenance, and emergency downtime. You drive the development of systematic maintenance and operator maintenance with the goal of creating an efficient production environment. The role involves both operational work close to the machines and analytical improvement work where you measure and visualize OEE and identify actions for increased process efficiency and energy efficiency. You act as a technical expert in process evaluations, participate in the industrialization of new products, and ensure that the right routines, spare parts, and service materials are in place.About youWe are looking for someone with a broad technical background in production technology and maintenance who enjoys a role that combines practical work with improvement-driven initiatives. You have good knowledge of mechanics as well as an understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, and basic electricity. You are accustomed to reading blueprints and have experience with systematic maintenance in the manufacturing industry. Experience with machine safety and participation in projects is a plus. As a person, you are proactive, solution-oriented, and confident in taking responsibility. You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed but also have the ability to work systematically and long-term with improvements.
