About the Role

We are currently looking for two logistics coordinators for our client in Jönköping. This is the position for you who enjoys logistics and wants to work in a larger corporation with the latest technology, varied tasks, and great freedom to organize your work.

We are looking for a driven Logistics Coordinator who is attracted to a position where you get to work with the entire logistics flow within production. Solid experience is certainly good, but the right personality and drive are even more important, which means we are open to those who are at the beginning of their career. The most important thing is not what you have done, but what you will do!

The position consists of a fun mix of tasks where you, together with your colleagues, are jointly responsible for ensuring that information and materials are available to produce efficiently and deliver on time. Your main tasks are:

• Logistics coordination

• Delivery monitoring

• Dialogue, work, and coordination with other functions to deliver according to customer wishes.

• Update parameters and ensure master data in MPS

• Continuous improvements.

• Work with warehouse setup, including inventories.

Your Profile

We prefer that you have some form of relevant post-secondary education in Logistics/SCM and a few years of experience from similar work, preferably from the manufacturing industry. Extensive experience with business systems, preferably SAP, is of course important. You need to be fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

To succeed in this role, you need to be communicative, good at problem-solving, structured, and meticulous. Collaboration skills and initiative are other valuable traits.
