Focus in Your Role

As an SQE, you will combine strategic understanding with practical experience. This enables you to analyze, make decisions, and find solutions to both everyday issues and larger quality challenges.

You enjoy driving and developing quality assurance together with colleagues, customers, and suppliers – and you work just as well preventively as with follow-up.

You will be involved in the PPAP work for new or modified products. The role involves clear requirement setting both internally and externally, maintaining and further developing the quality management system's routines, instructions, and working methods.

You have experience with internal audits and/or supplier audits according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 – and preferably also with standards from the automotive industry or equivalent.

If We May Wish

We don’t know who you are yet, but we have a good idea of what you bring with you from previous experiences:

• Technical educational background or equivalent work experience.
• Previous experience with management systems, auditing, and driving improvement work within quality.
• Experience with supplier or customer contact.
• Experience with risk analyses.
• Good understanding of drawing and measurement techniques.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
