We at K-Bemanning are now looking for a Measurement Technician for Stebro Plast AB.

About the role

As a Measurement Technician at Stebro Plast AB, you will play an important role in the company's quality work. You will work in an advanced measurement environment where measurements are performed both in Wenzel CMM and with traditional hand measuring tools. The role requires a good understanding of reading technical drawings, dimensioning, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).

You will be part of an innovative and growing company in the injection molding of plastic parts, where customers have high demands for precision, quality, and delivery reliability.

Responsibilities

• Program and perform measurements and verification of plastic parts in Wenzel CMM
• Conduct manual measurements with hand tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and measuring instruments
• Interpret drawings with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (e.g., position, flatness, concentricity, and roundness)
• Establish measurement protocols and documentation according to standards and customer requirements
• Participate in first article inspection (FAI) and PPAP
• Analyze deviations and contribute to problem-solving together with the quality team
• Ensure that measuring equipment is calibrated and used correctly

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Experience in measurement technology within the industry
• Good knowledge of reading technical drawings and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
• Familiarity with hand measuring tools
• Experience with CMM
• Good computer skills
• Proficient in Swedish and English

Meritorious:

• Experience with injection-molded plastic parts
• Experience with Wenzel or similar systems
• Knowledge of measurement software, such as Quartis
