We are now opening the door for a skilled Project Manager - a key function in our commercial flow, responsible for translating business decisions into structured and controlled delivery.

The role involves clear responsibility for planning, leading, and executing projects within the organization – from the first decision to delivery, maintaining order, pace, and control even when complexity is high.

The majority of the projects are related to industrialization and product introduction in manufacturing operations, but other types of projects, such as internal improvement initiatives and investments, are also included in the portfolio.

Major customer groups include world-leading manufacturers of vehicles and construction machinery, and the group has a turnover of around 650 million SEK with approximately 200 employees. Euroform AB operates with two factories in Tranås and Euroform MediPharm AB in Motala, which operates within the pharmaceutical and medical technology industry.

Vätterledens Invest AB owns Euroform Group and is a privately owned investment company with a genuine interest in Swedish industry and long-term business relationships. Vätterledens Invest's headquarters are located in Gothenburg. The business group has a turnover of 1,500 MSEK.

Focus in Your Role

In this role, you will lead assigned projects from initiation to completion, keeping together the vision, timeline, and resources – ensuring that decisions do not get stuck but are implemented. You will ensure that the project's technical, commercial, and operational parts are connected and maintain the course even when conditions change.

This includes, among other things, that you:

• Lead the project's work with clear structure and division of responsibilities
• Set frameworks for time, cost, and delivery – and follow up on them
• Manage changes, risks, and dependencies without losing direction
• Ensure that project status, decisions, and next steps are clear
• Ensure that experiences are utilized when projects are completed

The role is placed in our commercial organization and acts as a natural coordination point between business, technology, and production, responsible for effective execution all the way to customer delivery.

If We May Wish

You are confident in taking command of projects with many moving parts. You likely have experience from industrial or technical operations and recognize contexts such as product introduction, industrialization, and production. However, the most important for us is your project leadership: your ability to create structure, clarity, and delivery.

We see that you can:

• Lead projects with responsibility for time, cost, and quality
• Drive cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
• Manage complex dependencies without losing momentum
• Operate in manufacturing or technically complex environments

You are accustomed to working in digital environments and use system support as a natural part of your work approach. A good ability to work in Microsoft 365 and project tools is a prerequisite. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written form.
