About the role
As a Quality Technician, you have a central function in the daily quality work. You work closely with production and support in matters related to deviations, analysis, and improvements. The role is operational and means that you are present in the operations where the processes are taking place.
Your responsibilities include:
- Management and follow-up of internal and external deviations
- Handling complaints and customer dialogue in quality matters
- Conducting root cause analyses and working according to 8D
- Establishing and updating FMEA, control plans, and PPAP
- Monitoring measurement results and quality data
- Participation in internal and external audits
- Collaboration with suppliers on quality issues
The position is a long-term investment where the ambition is for you to gradually develop and grow into the role of Quality and Environmental Manager. In the organization, there is a central resource that supports and introduces you to the parts related to the overall environmental work and the strategic quality responsibility.
We are looking for someone who
Has experience in quality work within the manufacturing industry, preferably in automotive or another regulated environment. You have a good understanding of quality tools and enjoy working in a structured and analytical manner.
- At least three years of experience in Automotive and IATF
- Experience working with 8D, FMEA, PPAP, and control plans
- Knowledge and experience in handling deviations and improvement work
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form
As a person, you are meticulous, solution-oriented, and communicative. You have the ability to drive issues forward and collaborate well with both production and external parties.
