About the job

As a product developer at Axelent, you play an important role in driving our product portfolio forward, focusing on developing new solutions and improving existing products.

You will work on:

▪️ Driving projects focused on concept development, design, testing, and evaluation.

▪️ Developing and improving products: Ensuring that our products meet internal and external requirements.

▪️ Collaborating: Working closely with colleagues and departments to achieve set goals within the framework of our operations and product development projects.

▪️ Taking responsibility: Contributing to improving our R&D process with your insights and experiences.

In this role, you are expected to be a loyal and professional representative of Axelent, both internally and externally.

You are communicative and comfortable documenting and conveying technical solutions in dialogue with others.

Educational background and experience

▪️ Technical education, for example in mechanical engineering or equivalent

▪️ At least 3 years of experience in product development within the technology or industrial sector

▪️ Good knowledge of CAD, primarily SolidWorks

▪️ Experience in design work with sheet metal & plastic, tolerances, and manufacturing processes for these.

▪️ Familiarity with working with documentation and PLM/PDM systems

▪️ Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Training and introduction

To help you feel secure in the role, you will receive a structured introduction and training. You will receive support from experienced colleagues in product development, production, and quality to quickly get up to speed.
